New Delhi: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed under Corporate Social Responsibility between NHPC and Cheshire Home India, Delhi Unit, to provide medical care and nutritional support to physically and mentally challenged individuals residing at Cheshire Home India, Okhla Road, Delhi Unit. Under the MoU, NHPC will offer medical and nutritional support for one year to the residents of Cheshire Home India, Delhi unit. Additionally, arrangements will be made to appoint doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, and attendants for the care of the residents.

The MoU was signed on 17th January 2024, in Faridabad by GM (CSR & Sustainable Development), NHPC, and Retd. Major General Vijay Krishna, Member, Managing Committee, Cheshire Home India, in the presence of Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC, and Executive Director (CSR & SD), NHPC.
