New Delhi: Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, stated that the PM Suryaghar-Muft Bijli Yojana aims to empower people by enabling citizens to become energy producers and earn additional income by selling electricity to distribution companies (discoms). The Minister was addressing 750 Special Guests of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, invited to witness the Republic Day Parade in New Delhi on Saturday.
The Union Minister said, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ordinary people are now at the heart of India’s renewable energy revolution.
