New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Emerging Science & Technology Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, at around 9:30 AM on 3rd November. The Prime Minister will also address the gathering, marking a major step towards strengthening India’s position as a global innovation hub.

One of the key highlights of the event will be the launch of the ₹1 Lakh Crore Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Scheme, a landmark initiative aimed at encouraging a private sector–driven research and development ecosystem. The scheme seeks to stimulate cutting-edge innovation and drive India’s journey towards becoming a knowledge-driven economy.

The three-day conclave, scheduled from 3rd to 5th November 2025, is expected to attract over 3,000 participants, including representatives from academia, research institutions, industry, and government. Among them will be Nobel Laureates, distinguished scientists, innovators, and policymakers who will share insights and explore new opportunities in science and technology.

Discussions at ESTIC 2025 will revolve around 11 thematic areas — Advanced Materials & Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Bio-Manufacturing, Blue Economy, Digital Communications, Electronics & Semiconductor Manufacturing, Emerging Agriculture Technologies, Energy, Environment & Climate, Health & Medical Technologies, Quantum Science & Technology, and Space Technologies.

The event will feature expert talks, panel discussions, presentations, and technology showcases, providing a vibrant platform for collaboration between researchers, industry leaders, and young innovators. By fostering cross-sector partnerships, ESTIC 2025 aims to reinforce India’s science and technology capabilities and promote a culture of innovation that supports sustainable and inclusive growth.
