In a move to create additional job creation, Government of Odisha is focused on to create entrepreneur and build and entrepreneurship for youth govt of Odisha give much importance to the skilled development sector. Now Odisha Government has identified nearly 5,000 acres of land in Khordha for next generation mega industrial estate.
To attract the requisite investment, there is a need to provide state of art infrastructure to the industry & MSME.
For this exercise, Khordha and Cuttack were prioritized to have a detailed plan on issues related to land acquisition.
The coordination meeting of different stakeholders headed by the concerned collector will happen fortnightly to monitor the progress.
A task force having cross-functional members from Industry, IDCO and District Administration have deliberated and devised a road map for several of the issues.
Skill development of R& DM officers in terms of industrialization will also be a prerogative of the Industries department going forward.
